Wowpad is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery. (Pack should not be open)
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used pads.
- Customized or bulk orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
